Fee Structure

Business Plan Fees
		The Initial consultation is free with no obligation. $50 per hour or a flat fee can be arranged
		Simple Business plans... Simpler plans for small businesses that require minimal funding or no funding require a retainer of $1000 to start.
		Standard Business Plans... A retainer of $2000 for a standard plan, needing SBA or significant funding, is required to begin work on the business plan. Any additional monies owed will be billed upon completion of the business plan along with a detailed log of hours utilized along with work performed.
		Chapter 11 reorganization plans... Business plans for chapter 11 require a $2500 retainer to start.
		Proposal Fees Fees begin at $1000 and are dependent on the type of proposal, complexity, and defined requirements.
Business Consulting Fees
Initial consultation is always free. Our normal fee is $50 per hour but is dependent on the requirements, length of engagement, and location - on site or remote access. On site business consulting fees outside the Indianapolis metropolitan area will also include transportation and per diem fees.
